1. Eligibility for Returns

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products damaged due to misuse

Items without original tags/packaging

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
3. Return Process

Email us at support@arbanstore.in with your order number and reason for return.

Share clear images of the product (if damaged or defective).

Our team will verify and arrange pickup (if eligible).
Returns will only be processed after quality inspection.
4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
